Warranty Support

If you are having an issue with one of the products that you purchased at Seattle Electric Bike our support team will assist you in anyway we can!

Many brands require that you register their product with them once purchased to ensure proper warranty support. So don't forget to take that crucial step!

We encourage anyone who bought locally from us to bring their defective product into one of our locations so we can discuss the issue and outline a solution. 

For those who are not local please submit the following information via email to: customerservice@seattleelectricbike.net

Please title your email: Warranty [Product Name ], [ First Name & Last Name ] 

  • Full Name
  • Phone number
  • Seattle Electric Bike order number - Or Sale ID
  • A written description of the issue
  • A photo or video of the issue
  • A photo of the serial number

We will follow up shortly with how to proceed.

Note the following:

  • All warranty claims are subject to the terms outlined by the manufacturer.
  • You are responsible for any accrued labor and shipping costs associated with a warranty claim.
  • If a warranty claim is processed on an item that was not purchased from Seattle Electric Bike, a $30 processing fee will apply.

In certain situations it is more convenient or cost-effective to submit a warranty through a different shop, or directly through a manufacturer. If that is the case please email: customerservice@seattleelectricbike.net for proof of purchase
