Seattle Electric Bike Return Policy
Seattle Electric Bike's return policy for all products purchased at its store or through its website are limited to the following express terms and conditions:
Products Not Subject to Return
The following products cannot be returned, exchanged or subject to any credit by Seattle Electric Bike, unless otherwise covered by an express warranty from Seattle Electric Bike or manufacturer:
- Products sold "On Sale" or at a discounted price.
- Bikes Sold Used or as a Demo
- The sale of product shipped outside of the United States.
- All sales of E-Bike batteries are final and may not be returned for any reason. E-bike batteries are hazardous materials and their shipment is extensively regulated. Improper shipping may result in significant fines and legal liability.
- Excluded Items
14 Day Bike Return Policy
- Bikes must be in new unused condition to be eligible for a return
- Odometer must have less then 15 miles added from recorded amount at time of purchase
- Shipped Bikes must be unused and sent back in original packing within 15 days. Prior approval is necessary and a 20% restocking fee is applied.
- Bikes that have had considerable modifications made at the request of the purchaser are eligible for return on a case by case basis with a 20% restocking fee
30 Day Returns
All other products may be returned for a full refund if delivered to the Seattle Electric Bike location it was purchased within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product, or pick up from Seattle Electric Bike. To qualify for a full refund, all returned products must be undamaged, in new condition and with all original packaging. Items that are returned with damaged or missing packaging will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
Refunds should be requested and processed in Seattle Electric Bike's store or through its online refund system below.
All eligible refunds will be processed as follows:
- Cash or check payments will be subject to a cash refund.
- Credit card payments will be subject to a credit against the card originally used to make the purchase. If the original credit card cannot be presented then the refund will be provided through a credit on to your customer account.
- Debit card payments will be refunded through a credit on the debit card, if it is not available through a credit on to your customer account.
- Gift card payments will be refunded through a credit back on the original gift card or through a new gift card.
- Payments made through our website will be subject to a refund through the same payment method used (Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Affirm, Shop Pay Installments, and gift card).
Shipping costs for a purchase shall not be subject to refund, unless the product was originally delivered to the buyer in a damaged condition.
31-60 Day Returns
Except for Excluded Products, all products may be returned within 31-60 days from the date of delivery of the product, or pick up from Seattle Electric Bike. To qualify for a refund during this time period, all returned products must be undamaged in new condition and with all original packaging. Items that are returned with damaged or missing packaging will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
All refunds during this time period will be exclusively through “In Store Credit” or a gift card.
Refunds during this time period should be requested and processed in Seattle Electric Bike store or through its online refund system. Shipping costs for a purchase shall not be subject to refund, unless the product was originally delivered to the buyer in a damaged condition.
Refunds
- Please allow 1-2 weeks once the item is received to process the refund.

Seattle Electric Bike reserves the right to charge a restocking fee at our discretion.
All Qualifying Product Returns
To qualify for any refund, products must be returned to Seattle Electric Bike store within the time periods set out above, or shipped back to Seattle Electric Bike subject to a “Return Merchandise Authorization” from Seattle Electric Bike. The product must be shipped back within thirty days after receipt of a Return Merchandise Authorization. Customer shall pay for all shipping costs associated with any return.
